Hydraulic Drum Riser
Client: Slipknot
Project Description: A rotating hydraulic scissor lift riser capable of lifting four individuals and extending more than ten feet above the stage.
Details: The custom drum assembly rotated in either direction and at variable speeds. A step plate was incorporated to allow the artist to "ride" with the drums during performance.
The riser base was fabricated from diamond plate steel and featured removable dollies for quick and easy transport.
Operation was done via a remote tech position with integrated safety controls.
